Unsplashのライセンスページによると、以下のように説明されています。

訳）Unsplashの写真は自由に利用する事が出来ます。ライセンスもそれを反映したものにしています。

  訳）全ての写真はダウンロードして、自由に利用できます。

  訳）商用・非商用問わずに利用できます。
• No permission needed (though attribution is appreciated!)
  訳）利用許可の申請は不要です。（でも、帰属情報を記載していただけたら嬉しいです）

  訳）写真をほぼそのままで売る事は出来ません。

うちのウェブサイトには高級すぎるぐらいの写真ですけど、ちょっとワンポイントのイラストが欲しい時、こちらの写真を引用させてもらうことにしました。

ライセンス表記は不要と記載されていますけど、使用している画像については素材の引用元というページで確認出来るようにしています。
